William Haggerty Esq.

Bill Haggerty graduated from Villanova University, then Villanova School of Law in 1976. Certified by the National Board Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist, he has practiced in Lancaster for over 25 years. Bill has served on numerous boards and committees for national and local organizations, including the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Lancaster Bar Association and the Lancaster Highway Safety Council. Bill is listed in Who’s Who in American Law and is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. As a legal advocate, Bill is devoted not only to his clients and our community, but also to the future lawyers of America. He dedicates time and energy to lecturing in the legal community for the Lancaster Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He spent many years teaching trial advocacy at the Widener University School of Law. In October 2000, he attended and graduated from Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College, where the guiding principle is that clients are human beings, not files. Bill believes that human beings deserve justice, nothing more, nothing less. Bill has returned to Mr. Spence’s Thunderhead Ranch in Jackson, Wyoming, to attend the Trial Lawyers College graduate program.

Bill and Howard formed a partnership in 2004. They share the same views on representing clients and their cases. Although Bill has since retired and is missed in the office, he is still contacted regularly for advice.
